5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellations and Returns)

  • Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

    • Order number.
    • Products to be returned.
    • You may request an optional withdrawal form.
  • Return: Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with full packaging.
    • You must ship the products within 14 days from notification.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  • Refunds: Once the products are received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Discounted, clearance, or special offer products.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed.
  • Perishable products or those with an approaching expiration date.
